All Sales Are Final

Because our products are prepared and allocated specifically to fulfill customer orders, we do not accept returns,exchanges, or refunds for change of mind purchases, incorrect selections, shipping delays, or other reasons unrelated to a product being damaged or defective.

Please carefully review your order details, including product type, color, quantity, and compatibility, before completing your purchase. 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be processed shortly after they are placed because inventory is prepared and allocated for fulfillment in advance. For this reason, cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted. 

If your order has already entered processing or fulfillment, we may be unable to cancel it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a refund or replacement, please provide your order number along with clear photos or a video showing the damage or defect. We will review your request determine the appropriate resolution.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we may provide a replacement or refund.

Shipping Delays

While we work to process and ship orders within the time frames stated on our website, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Connector Selection

Our retro handsets are available with different connection options, including USB-C and 3.5mm jack.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct connector option when placing their order. We do not accept returns or provide refunds if an incorrect connector option was selected.

If you are unsure about which connector is compatible with your device, please contact us for assistance. 

Change Of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases.

This includes situations where you no longer want the product, ordered by mistake, or simply changed your mind after placing your order.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for items that:

  • Were purchased with the incorrect connector option
  • Are no longer wanted due to change of mind
  • Were damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling 
  • Show normal wear and tear
  • Shipping Delays
